At Options Optometrists Tea Tree Plaza Adelaide, your vision and eye health are the top priorities. You can find us on level 2 of Westfield Tea Tree Plaza in Modbury, next to Sportsgirl. Eye tests are available every day Monday through Saturday.

Jack Marshall is our principal optometrist. He is a fully qualified AHPRA registered optometrist dedicated to providing exceptional, personalised care to every patient. Jack graduated from Flinders University with a Bachelor of Medical Science (Vision Science) and a Master of Optometry, earning an Ocular Therapeutic qualification to manage and treat a wide range of eye conditions. His professional journey has been shaped by hands-on training alongside eye specialists at Windsor Gardens, paediatric optometrists in Fulham Gardens, and the state-of-the-art facilities at Flinders Health2Go clinic. These experiences have equipped him with a deep understanding of comprehensive eye care across all ages and needs.

Jack has had the privilege of supporting the next generation of optometrists at Flinders University, further solidifying his commitment to advancing the field of vision care. Additionally, his time working with BaptistCare and specialist diabetic eye clinics has enhanced his ability to manage complex cases and support those with systemic health challenges affecting their eyes.

Over the years, Jack has conducted many school and geriatric eye screenings, fostering a passion for making optometry accessible to those who might otherwise go without care. He firmly believes that preventative eye health is crucial and is committed to providing evidence-based guidance to help prevent or slow the progression of vision issues.

At Options Optometrists, Jack focuses on more than eye exams—he is dedicated to building lasting relationships within the community. He aims to provide a relaxed, supportive environment where patients feel truly cared for. • Eligibility for Free Glasses: This offer is only available to patients who undergo an eye examination at Options Optometrists – Tea Tree Plaza. Prescriptions or eye tests from external optometrists or other providers do not qualify for this free glasses promotion.
• Clinical Need Requirement: The offer applies only if our optometrist determines that you need prescription glasses. All eye tests are only performed if clinically necessary, in accordance with professional optometry guidelines (no unnecessary tests will be conducted).
• Bulk-Billed Eye Tests (Medicare): Bulk billing (direct billing to Medicare with no out-of-pocket cost) is available for eligible Medicare cardholders. Medicare eligibility will be confirmed in-store before the eye test.
• Non-Medicare Patients: Patients without a valid Medicare card are welcome; however, a private consultation fee may apply for the eye test if you are not eligible for Medicare bulk billing.
• Free Glasses Details: Eligible patients will receive one free pair of glasses with single-vision, uncoated lenses fitted to frames from our selected range. No charge applies to these basic lenses and frames.
• Upgrades and Add-Ons: Any upgrades – such as specialty lens types, lens coatings (e.g. anti-glare), or premium frame styles – are optional and will incur an additional cost if chosen.
• Limited Availability: The free glasses offer is limited to the first 200 eligible patients at the Tea Tree Plaza branch. Once 200 patients have redeemed the offer, it will no longer be available.
• Promotion Duration: This promotion will end when 200 free pairs have been dispensed under this offer, or earlier if Options Optometrists decides to conclude the promotion at its discretion. (In other words, we reserve the right to end the offer early even before reaching the 200 pair limit.)
• Stock Constraints: The offer is subject to stock availability of the selected range of frames and lenses. If stock is exhausted, no substitute products or cash alternatives will be provided.
• Professional Standards: All eye care services as part of this promotion will be conducted in accordance with professional optometry standards and ethical health service regulations at all times.
