Rachael Yuile is our principal optometrist. She is a highly skilled, diligent, and caring optometrist with a passion for eye health and person-centred care. After completing her studies at Glasgow Caledonian University and various NHS ophthalmology clinics, Rachael worked in local Scottish optometry practices, where she gained vast experience in the early signs of glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and many other eye conditions. Rachael successfully passed the OCANZ exams on her first attempt and currently provides exceptional eye care to local communities in Perth.

Rachael’s commitment to excellence is reflected in her attention to detail. Whether it’s ensuring the most accurate prescription or identifying even the most subtle vision issues, she strives to deliver the best possible vision for every patient. Rachael takes great care in understanding your personal visual requirements as she understands that lifestyles are unique and your lenses should meet your visual needs. Whether you need myopia-designed spectacles, a specific script for sheet music distance, the perfect office spectacles or options for safety glasses. Rachael is committed to helping you see the world as clearly as possible and to providing ongoing care that meets your changing needs.
